I had to contact you and let you know how great your service department is. Every time I deal with them, they are the friendiest, most professional, informed and helpful group I've ever encountered in auto service. (And that's a long time, since 1960!)/
Aside from the usual oil changes, tire rotations, etc., they go out of their way to help in time of difficulty.
I recently had a problem that necessitated my car being towed to your facility. Everything was handled by Wayne and Missy, and I had my car back that evening with 4 brand new tires, balanced and with a wheel alignment. It's like a new car.
I have friends who own Mercedes, Lexus and BMW's, but when we compare the service we get, believe me, mine is better. I could, at this stage of my life, buy one of htose brands too, but I won't. If I can't keep my Sedona forever, I'll certainly be back to Maroon for another KIA.
