I am a happy owner of a Forte purchased at Maroon Kia on the last day of cash for clunkers. I could never thank Lynn enough for hanging in with me on a very busy day. All the sales folks were engaged but she held my interest, showing me the Forte, and starting the paperwork. As soon as Mike was free, he took over, and his timing saved me. Everyone, from Ken to Akmal fought for me, and I'll never forget it. They all put in a very long day and I'm aware could of easily found someone to purchase the last Forte on the lot without my financing challenges. Since I was there most of the day, I was able to witness how nice and helpful everyone is. They all put the customer first. more

most FUN 8/31/2010

I am 59 years old and owned many cars but I must say that THIS CAR is the most FUN I have ever had in driving!!! Thank you for making such a wonderful product. I feel I really go SO MUCH for my hard earned money. I loved the "Hamsters" and I feel that you should direct your next target customer my generation. AARP people need this car for ease in driving, getting in and out, sexy looks and so much more. Thanks again for making me VERY HAPPY with my purchase!!!! My dealer, Maroon KIA or Wayne, NJ was SUPER and found the Soul I wanted in 2 hours and got me in it in 2 days!!!! Thanks to Charlie!!! more

Well, here we are at 100,000 miles. My Sedona still looks and drives like new. We have friends who have a one-year old Mercedes SUV, but we still take the KIA when we go anywhere with them. Only problem is that since my old Sedona is still so "new", I'll never get to actually buy a NEW one, especially since the service department at Maroon KIA takes such good care of it! Keep up the GOOD WORK! more

PERSONALLY I HAVE FOUND THE MAROON KIA SERVICE DEPT TO BE ONE OF THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO VISIT. THEIR REPAIRS ARE RIGHT ON THE FIRST TIME AND THE PRICING IS FANTASTIC. RECENTLY MY DAUGHTER BROKE DOWN AND WAS TOWED TO MAROON KIA. WITHIN 15 MINUTES OF ARRIVING THE SERVICE MANAGER BRIAN DANIELL (WHAT A GREAT GUY!) CALLED TO INFORM ME THAT HE RECEIVED THE TRUCK. 45 MINUTES WE GOT A CALL THAT A FAULTY COMPUTER WAS REPLACED. WE PICKED UP THE TRUCK ONLY 2 HOURS AFTER BREAKING DOWN. NOW THATS GREAT SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE DEPT FOR HIGH QUALITY WORKMANSHIP AND THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE INDUSTRY. MOST PLEASANT EXPERIENCE 8/17/2010

Not only did the dealer contact me quickly, but was informative about what they could offer and invited us to visit the dealership, which we did. By the end of the day we had purchased a 2010 KIA Sedona! It was the most pleasant experience. P.S. Of the three dealerships that we contacted by email through Kelly Blue Book, this Wayne KIA dealer representative (Mike Melfa) was the only one to call. The others merely responded by email. more

Friendliest 8/13/2010

I had to contact you and let you know how great your service department is. Every time I deal with them, they are the friendiest, most professional, informed and helpful group I've ever encountered in auto service. (And that's a long time, since 1960!)/ Aside from the usual oil changes, tire rotations, etc., they go out of their way to help in time of difficulty. I recently had a problem that necessitated my car being towed to your facility. Everything was handled by Wayne and Missy, and I had my car back that evening with 4 brand new tires, balanced and with a wheel alignment. It's like a new car. I have friends who own Mercedes, Lexus and BMW's, but when we compare the service we get, believe me, mine is better. I could, at this stage of my life, buy one of htose brands too, but I won't. If I can't keep my Sedona forever, I'll certainly be back to Maroon for another KIA. Thank you for having such a great group of people there for me. more

Very Grateful! 8/13/2010

I want to take this opportunity to make you aware of the great help two of the service department peoiple afforded my wife and myself recently. On a trip from Florida to New Hampshire for a funeral service, our car broke down on the NJ Turnpike and was towed to North Bergen. In looking at the Yellow Pages, Maroon KIA wa the only one listed and I called and spoke to Wayne Diaz who helped me get in touch with the KIA Roadside Service. The car was towed to Maroon KIA as it was still under warranty, where Brian Daniell determined that a new starter was needed. Not finding one in the immediate area, he ordered one Expressed in and it arrived the next day. Repair work began immediately and we were back on the road by noon. The collective work of Wayne, Brian, and the service department allowed us to be in time for the services in New Hampshire and we are very grateful for all their help. more
