You are the only Person (dealer) that would give me quotes over the internet......all others wanted me to come in and test drive and get the "sales pitch" before they would give me a total quote. I appreciate your straightforward answers and quick responses. Your responses and your promptness enable me to build some trust in a dealership that I did not know much about prior to our exchanges.....which eventually led to a sale of a new Civic.
