Top Notch 9/2/2010

Great dealership. After being frustrated by Motorcars Honda in Cleveland, and being treated poorly, we went out to Honda of Mentor. What a difference! So nice to actually feel like a valued customer. Salesmen and women aren't paid on commission. They just want a sale, and they want to sell you the car YOU want. Very fair pricing. We after the quality of service we received, my wife and I felt no need to haggle over price. Top notch and a class act! more

Thanks for all your help! You are the only Person (dealer) that would give me quotes over the internet......all others wanted me to come in and test drive and get the "sales pitch" before they would give me a total quote. I appreciate your straightforward answers and quick responses. Your responses and your promptness enable me to build some trust in a dealership that I did not know much about prior to our exchanges.....which eventually led to a sale of a new Civic. i would just like to say that i had a great experience at landers... the salesman that we had was very helpfull and made the car buying experience very easy!! also we had the car in the service dept... they were very helpfull and made sure all the concerns we had was taken care of and it was done in a timely manner... we had a very good experience dealing with landers toyota!!!!!!!!!!!!! we would for sure buy another car at landers and recommend them to our friends!!! more
