My story is that I parked my car in a parking lot on Saturday. When I left it there was nothing wrong with my window. The next day I notice this shatter spot like a rock hit it. Meanwhile there is a rocky open area across from where I parked and many people hanging out over there listening to people sing. So I go online to get some quotes to repair it. I ended up going with another company at first because they called first. So when their repairman tried to fix the spot it ended up cracking the whole windshield!!! So angry with them I call Adriana back and explained my situation and she helped me through it because I was so upset!! Glen came to my work with in a few hours to replace my windshield so I wouldn't get a ticket. Very friendly and very experienced and I am very happy!! Thanks Adrianna and Glen!!
