Very fast and reliable 8/30/2010

This is what happened: My car window broke by my own hand. Yelped placed cheap places to fix this. Called. Left a message. The lady called me at 7am, just in time when I was heading into my internship in the morning. Despite me being a full blown bitch to her, she kept her cool and professionalism. Glenn was where I was at in a few hours. Took care of my broken window before noon. There was another place that called me right after the lady had and quoted me a lower price for my '95 honda prelude window but I stuck with this company. Very fast and reliable. Now go break your windows and chegg'em out! more

I called on a friday night about my boyfriend's windshield. Adriana went through what kind of windshield I would need and pricing. Glen was there the next morning and was done in an hour. We were driving with it shortly after. Thank you very much for the great service! more

Very friendly and experienced 7/23/2010

My story is that I parked my car in a parking lot on Saturday. When I left it there was nothing wrong with my window. The next day I notice this shatter spot like a rock hit it. Meanwhile there is a rocky open area across from where I parked and many people hanging out over there listening to people sing. So I go online to get some quotes to repair it. I ended up going with another company at first because they called first. So when their repairman tried to fix the spot it ended up cracking the whole windshield!!! So angry with them I call Adriana back and explained my situation and she helped me through it because I was so upset!! Glen came to my work with in a few hours to replace my windshield so I wouldn't get a ticket. Very friendly and very experienced and I am very happy!! Thanks Adrianna and Glen!! more

I called and spoke to Adriana. She was very courteous and helpful. I was able to set up an appointment for the same day for a time that was suitable for me. Glen came on time and did a quality job. He doesn't rush the job and makes sure he gets it right. Very helpful and gives you all the information you may need more

Meticulous and professional 7/2/2010

My windshield has had plenty of "dings" this past year with my driving an hour to work each day, but I have been lucky to not have any of them turn to cracks....until yesterday. It was cold in the morning and then really warm in the afternoon and that might have led to one of the recent "dings" turning into a very long crack right up the middle of my front windshield. My friend at work told me it was illegal to drive with a cracked windshield (unsafe too I thought) so I called AG autoglass at 7:30 am this morning to see how much it would cost me to replace. I was worried it would cost me a fortune - I have a 2001 car (read: old) and I was worried it would take all day to have someone help me. Adrianna was so awesome - it was a realy pleasure to talk to her and she gave me a quote right away - $189 for everything - labor, tax, and windshield and Glen would be to my house in 2 hrs to take care of it. Glen was meticulous and professional. My new windshield looks great (no dings!) and he was done in an hour just as he had told me. I love the price and service. I will use AG Auto Glass again if I ever need a replacement. Thanks guys!! more

I enjoyed my stay 6/29/2010

I stayed this hotel for 4 nights, as an attendee of a conference. I enjoyed staying there with a large room and good staffs. Location is very convenient, where any downtown hot spots are in the walking distance, safe and quiet. The room was clean, enough everything and confortable. Good iron and plate. more

Adriana was a joy to talk to on the phone. Glen showed up exactly as promised. The windshield was installed perfectly. The price was great. ($211 as opposed to the $278 quoted by my insurance company's recommendation.) The problem: I had to readjust my rear view mirror. (JOKE!) If you need glass replaced, call these people. You won't go wrong. more
