They don't even warrant a STAR. Never answer the phone. And I find it odd that the only 2 Great comments are 5 Stars and from "GUEST" Yeah, right! Anyway, I lived in the same apartment for 9 years, lost my job, and had to move out. Skipped out on $300 bucks of the rent and was served by them only 1 month later. I set up payment arrangements with 'Tiffany', who said she would send me paperwork,and never did. I forgot about it, and then 1 month later I got a 'DEFAULT' letter. I called, NO ANSWER, called AGAIN, NO ANSWER. Finally I emailed every single one of them and said if someone didn't call me in 10 minutes, then I will not pay them, since it's only 300 bucks, I'll let you take me to court.....IDIOTS. Finally someone called me. And, of course, they don't even take CREDIT CARDS.
