The staff and the philosophy surrounding this place makes it really special. They do everything they can to make your dog happy. My border collie is very attached to me. When I left her for the first time boarding she was extremely scared. I called in every day, and the staff gave me progress reports. They did everything they could to make her happy. By the time I went to pick her up, she didn't want to leave! She really warmed up to the place and I know I have the dedicated, dog-loving staff to thank for that. I couldn't be happier with my every experience. And I wouldn't take Sadie anywhere else! Thank you Great Valley Pet Hotel!
