I recently called you to voice concerns over the handling of a service call at our house. I dialed the phone and asked for you and I must admit my adrenaline was already in full song. Rather than treat me the same way I had been talked to by both Best Buy and LG, you very calmly explained that the first service call was unacceptable, that you would take care of it. My father taught me to live by the golden rule and I have to say that you have helped restore my faith in humanity. You could have handled this situation many different ways, your choice was to do the right thing. This all took place during a very trying time in our house hold. My father passed away Friday a week ago, followed six days later by mother. My point is, you turned a potentially bad situation into a very good one simply by taking the time to be a human being.
