I would like to commend Billy for the excellent service and care he took to fix our Whirlpool washing machine. I found him to be extremely competent and reliable. He asked good questions, listened, evaluated and quickly initiated a fix.
Billy actually found where A&E had improperly installed a part and he fixed it. To put this in perspective, we had A&E visit our home 5 times, over a 6 week period, and the machine was in worse shape by the end of their last visit then when they started. We had a different tech come out each time and none of them seemed to know what they were doing. Each tech had difficulty knowing what the previous tech did or what part they ordered, because much of the information wasn't entered properly in their computer. On several occasions, they called Sears to ask for instruction. Once, the A&E tech actually held out a part and asked if I knew what it was for. I called Whirlpool and asked what good was the warranty. How frustrating!
The Whirlpool rep I spoke with apologized and highly recommended J&H. You can imagine how grateful I am that Billy cared and had the intelligence, knowledge and professionalism to do a perfect job in quickly diagnosing the problem the first time. I will highly recommend your company to Whirlpool and anyone who needs service. Please convey my regards and thanks to Billy. You have a gem!
Also, please thank Sandy who handled my call initially. She reassured me only one tech from J&H would be involved and she said he was excellent. She was right!
