I am very impressed with the courteous and professional manner exhibited by Nino. I have dealt with many service technicians, some good and some
not so good and/or professional.
I was impressed that Nino wiped his shoes on the doormat before he entered the house this morning to fix my cooktop. Nino conducted
himself in a very considerate, polite, and professional manner. J&H is lucky to have an employee like Nino.
