I learned about Mike's from Angie's List and NPR's Car Talk. He had such positive reviews and I saw he was registered with AAA so I brought my car in for brake service. I liked the fact that he offered loaner cars at discount and that he was truthful and upfront on my estimate and didn't try to low ball me. I don't know alot about cars other than putting in gas so having a mechanic that is honest and fair is really important to me. I got the feel from Mike and his son that they would do right by me whether I know the difference or not. When something came up during the day that would have effectted the original estimate I was called and advised of my options before anything was done. The work was done on time and within the range of the estimate given. I was a little early to pick up my car so I was able to get some work done in their waiting area ( they have a really nice clean waiting area with WIFI, coffee and flat screen tv) while I waited. I was really impressed with my overall experience and how competitive they were on the actual service done and the conveniences offered. I had gotten a dealer estimate and another shops and they ended up about in the middle. I would reccomend them to a freind or coworker without hesitation. I actually spoke to a neighbor recently and he told me he has been going to Mikes for years and has always been taken care off. I have a 90K major service coming up and I will definitly bring it to Mike's rather than my car dealer ( who I usually go to for major services) Really impressed!
