I had some problems with my washer, it was stopping in the middle of a cycle. I called Active Appliances, and a technician was at my house in 2 hours. I could not believe. He was very honest and told me I don't need any repairs, all I need is the balance adjustments. He placed some block under the washer and it was fixed. I was very pleased, with their honesty and service.
