I ordered 2 figures for my 10 year old son on Dec. 4. They never arrived by Christmas. I sent e-mails twice. Neither of which was replied to. I finally called a month after Christmas, spent 30 minutes on hold, and was told the toys were still in Japan but would arrive within the week. My son ordered a toy on Dec. 16. It has now been months and the toy has not yet arrived. But they sure were quick to bill my credit card!!!!!!!!! We will never order from this place again. And we tell everyone who is interested to avoid this place also. WHAT A RIPOFF!!!!!!
