Doesn't inform you of payment prior to beginning, (our previous tax service took the payment out of the refund, Gardener's does not.) Does NOT return phone calls, left 6 messages in 3 days trying desperately to get hold of my tax preparor to answer a question, on the 4th day got a voicemail scolding me for not getting back to her. GUESSED on my tax return about amounts from a previous year. I cancelled the check, picked up my W2's and will NEVER use this service. EVER. OH, and by the way -- I had a 4:30 appointment, and wasn't seen until nearly 6.
