Thinking that it was a convenient last resort because everything else was closed seven friends and I went to Crankers hoping to get fed. Were we ever SADLY mistaken. The first indication that this was going to be a horrible experience was we sat for 10 minutes without someone even so much as coming to our table. But we said fine, because we were hungry and like I said earlier, it was the only place open and it was a little busy so we could wait. Then when our drink order was taken she knocked one of my friends silverware off the table onto the floor, picked it up ran to the sink RINSED IT OFF and gave it back to her. Well, my friend decided it was fine because she would order something that wouldn't need silverware. Our order was taken fifteen minutes after we got our drinks, so everyone needed refills by then, which we never got. After we ordered we sat for well over AN HOUR. Our waitress only came back with our appetizers, never giving us refills or bothering to explain what was taking so long. When our food was pushing an hour and forty-five minutes, one of the guys that was with us went to the counter and asked for it to go since we had waited so long because it was too late apparently to cancel the order, even though it wasn't even ready. So there we sat for another twenty-five minutes or so waiting for our food still. Needless to say by the time we got our food, it looked like something I wouldn't even feed to my dog, and was ice cold. ICE COLD. Not a single order of food was even luke-warm. When we tried to complain all she kept saying was sorry, never offered to compensate us for anything. And one of my friends order was still MISSING. That's all she said, "it's missing so someone must have taken it..." Then after a few minutes she said "oh I'll have them remake it." We told her to forget it because we wanted to leave after the whole two hour ordeal. All seven of us had to pay full price (luckily my friend who's food was "missing" only got a water to drink so he didn't have to pay for this crap), not to m
