My latest diesel service, oil change and tire rotation, was done in a timely manner with no appointment required. The service rep was able to provide a discount for my oil change without a coupon. The windshield repair on coupon was probably done as well as could be expected and there was little or no improvement. I've gotten both my vehicles serviced at Jack Powell since the Poway dealership closed and I've been satisfied with the work.
