The staff at this office was always nice to my children, for whatever that is worth. However, the dental office terminated it's contract with my insurance and failed to let us know. My kids saw the hygenist and dentist after that and my insurance refused to pay, saying there was no contract. Even the office manager at Dr. Fieldman's office admitted that they no longer have a contract with my insurance. WHY was I never notified? I show my card at every visit and I was never once told that they no longer accept my insurance. Now I am stuck with a $228 bill that my insurance refuses to cover, and that the office won't absorb, despite it being their lack of responsibility in refusing to notify us that they no longer accept our insurance. Oh, and while we were waiting for an answer from the insurance company about all of this, Dr. Fieldman's office so kindly slapped us with a late fee on our bill.
