if i could give them no star i would. ill keep it short. 12 service calls for multiple issues in winter and summer. finally got a new outside unit. a part went bad on the inside unit a few weeks after the service contract expired. the part itself is under warranty so that is free, but they tried to charge me $800 for 2 hours worth of work to replace it. sick. the original problem with the outside unit was due to a botched installation apparently according to one of their technicians.
