I am currently renting from this company. I found the office staff very helpful, and the maintenance crew was always at my house the day after I made a request for service. Many of the properties with lower rent prices were dirty and in disrepair, but I guess you get what you pay for. I and my wife had to do a lot of cleaning when we moved in, but it is the same anywhere. There were some clerical errors with the original contract, but nothing that was unable to be taken care of.
