Good: The store manager was pleasant.. Bad: We paid $1000.00+ 4 years ago for a movie theater seating group. within 2 years 1 button for lifting feet broke off - they replaced that section. Now a second section had the same problem and they will not stand behind the product. We would have to pay for service or even just a tech to look at the problem.. Improvements: If there is an existing problem, stand behind your product. We would have replaced with a new unit from Hom if any offer had been made when we went to the store. 2 weeks later we were not interested in doing business with Hom any more.. Other: The bottom line is that the only thing any business has is their reputation for customer service. Excellent customer service should be the most important product they provide. We won't return to Hom.. more
