On Saturday October 30th we purchased our first Lexus RX350. We had the priviledge of having Mel Owens as our Lexus sales associate. He was the best car sales person we have ever dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle; this is the first time I didn't feel like I was being challenged by the sales person. He was not only commited to making sure we were 100% satisfied with our Lexus, but he also made sure that the whole process went smoothly. Michael Connery in Financing and Robert Cowden, New Car Delivery were also very helpful and got us through the paperwork without delay. Lexus of Westmont provided us with great customer service and made sure we were taken care of.
