I was a customer for years at harlems and I liked the way my hair was done and it was always healthy. In 2009 my hair started falling out and I had somebody at another salon trim my hair because I was out of town and couldnt get to harlems. When I returned to harlems and told them what happened my stylist acted like she understood what was going on, but I heard her talking about me behind my back. I felt awful! Why couldn't she just talk to me instead of gossiping about the state of my hair to somebody else? After that I never returned. They called me several times to setup appointments but i told them i was in braids or something. I should have told them the truth because the stylist am talking about is very rude and i have seen her get nasty with a lot of her clients. Harlems is a good salon, you just have to get the right stylist.
