They have even resorted to posting fake reviews to try to help their abysmal ratings on some sites. Unknowledgeable sales staff and the service department is not only incompetent, they tried to charge me for a warranty repair. Took the car to Ventura Toyota and it was fixed the same day, no charge, no hassles. Zero stars is more like it.
