These guys are the WORST! They are in it for the bucks! They will tell you that you need things you don't need. Good luck trying to get off of their mailing list. Once they have your info they will bombard you with stuff no matter how you beg to get off their list. more

Run, don't walk away 11/22/2010

They have even resorted to posting fake reviews to try to help their abysmal ratings on some sites. Unknowledgeable sales staff and the service department is not only incompetent, they tried to charge me for a warranty repair. Took the car to Ventura Toyota and it was fixed the same day, no charge, no hassles. Zero stars is more like it. more

Always Amazing 8/11/2005

We bought a rav 4 here a year and a half ago and they were very helpful in helping us find the car we were looking for. We wanted one of the special edition ravs with the frosted white and they helped us look all over for it and had it brought in the same day. They even let us a borrow a gigantic red bow to put around it (if was a gift). Now we take it there for services and they are still as helpful and polite. more
