The only detraction from perfect is that they didn't replace something they moved to get to their work. I found Glenn and his assistant (trainee?) personable, informative and thorough. I had used Plumbline before and was put off only by their pricing. It seems they have gotten their pricing on basic services in line with the market, while still offering a superior level of professionalism. I had booked them only for a seasonal check-up and hot water heater drain but wound up also having two slow drains cleaned because of their competitive price.
