Right off the bat, which made me feel at ease. The salesman, Carlos, was also very helpful and let me test drive the car I was looking at immediately. Even before I was approved for financing. And, I got to drive it alone! The rest of the process was quick and painless. Rick worked with me so I could stay within my budget, but also got me a few extra features on the car. The final price was either lower or about the same as other local dealer estimates I looked into. During the signing process he was never pushy or discourteous and nothing was rushed. They took care of swapping my current registration, insurance and all other RMV paperwork, which is awesome. I mean have you been to the DMV? It's hell with tickets and benches.Anyway, if you are in the market for a new/used Toyota, I highly recommend Watertown Toyota.
