Good: Store location. Bad: Store personnel in return section (specially a person named Diana) who is always rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and disrespectful to customer. She behaves as if she is doing a great favor to customer by doing her job. Never greets, never smiles and never feels sorry for her behavior. She would always find some way to hassle cust. There are also some other personnel like her in same store. I never like to go to this store and prefer another location in redwood city where staff is very friendly and helpful.. Improvements: Give some training for store personnel about always being helpful and making customer happy. Also rudeness/unfriendliness has no place in customer facing job. Store manager needs to watch for these kind of store personnel and take appropriate action against these kind of store personnel..
