Good: Store location. Bad: Store personnel in return section (specially a person named Diana) who is always rude, unhelpful, unfriendly and disrespectful to customer. She behaves as if she is doing a great favor to customer by doing her job. Never greets, never smiles and never feels sorry for her behavior. She would always find some way to hassle cust. There are also some other personnel like her in same store. I never like to go to this store and prefer another location in redwood city where staff is very friendly and helpful.. Improvements: Give some training for store personnel about always being helpful and making customer happy. Also rudeness/unfriendliness has no place in customer facing job. Store manager needs to watch for these kind of store personnel and take appropriate action against these kind of store personnel.. more

We just went to Toys R Us to get our son a bike. Granted there wasn't anyone in the bike area to help us, but the bikes are out relatively easily to test out, and my son found one he liked pretty quickly. Then you take the ticket up to the cash register. Our cashier, Anna, was really good, and told us all about how to get our bike and have them assemble it (for a $10 fee). They also have a buyer protection that for $8.99 will cover the bike for a year. Then you go to customer service to "register" your purchase, and if they assemble it, it's assembled by the next day. We just went back to pick it up and my son loves it! more

I canot believe noone has reviwed Toys R US yet. It is really the best toy store in the area especially considering their sale prices and normal prices. And their selection is also huge. And my kids love going to play there with the stuffed toys in the Animal section, with trucks in the boys section and with dolls in the girly section. And they have huge abby sales a few times a year. And regual sales are there alllll the time! more
