Made an appointment to get our 2009 Civic front end repaired (from a recent fender-bender0 @ 8:00 am last Monday. Dropped the car off Sunday (night drop), so didn't need the free shuttle service, but when Crockett called on Tuesday afternoon saying our car was ready it was a surprise since they estimated it would probably take three days. Bottom line: The Civic looked like it just came off the showroom floor! Repaired w/o any sign the vehicle was ever damaged, washed and vacuumed. Excellent service and very professional from start to finish.
