I don't know if they read the reviews for people are just extra, but I went to harlems on saturday and my hair and experience were wonderful! shena washed my hair and yes she is a little slow but she never pulled, snaged or hurt my head, the shop is neat and clean and they have a seperate area for the customers to sit and be called to the chair, asia did my hair and she was very funny and made me feel like I had been coming to the salon for years, my hair was great, very bouncy, and she trimmed my ends and did not cut me bald! she talked me thru my trim and also showed me in the mirror her steps and why she did what she did, will be back in 2 weeks
