I'm a life long Clifton resident & have been to the Immedicenter many times through out the years. My last visit was such an unpleasant experience. The front desk receptionist ignored me. She made me wait 40 minutes before I had to ask her twice to update & copy my insurance card. Then I waited in the exam room another 20 minutes. All I needed was a vaccine. The doctor finally knocked on the door & peeked his head in, he shouts out, "what do you need a shot for?" Never introduced himself, never examined me and never stepped foot into the exam room! He sent in the nurse to give me the vaccine that took 2 minutes. The best part is, he had the nerve to charge me for an office visit! I work in the medical field & I know you can't charge an office visit if you never examined the patient! I agree to the charge for the vaccine, but that's all. This experience explains why we are in such a mess with Obama & Health Care.... Also, I would like to add, that this facility calls it's self "Immedicenter", but they operate it as a regular primary care doctor's office. This is why the wait time is so long. They accommodate their patients who have appointments first. It kind of beats the purpose of being called "Immedicenter" don't ya think????? more
