unbelievably unfriendly exchange policy. i did not expect my money back but would not even exchange for a different size after 2 weeks even though shoes never worn, had receipt, and they had the other size in stock. i used to shop there all the time....never again! they also don't tell you this policy when you buy the shoes!!!
