This store is much more interesed in making money than customer satisfaction. If you fail to have a gift receipt they will NOT let you even have in store credit on an un opened item that is more than 14 day after purchase. They also have difficulty stating facts correctly to upper management and have a difinite lack of customer care skills very defensive personalities. I personally have never dealt with such insubordination and would not recommend this particular store to anyone!! more
