This store is much more interesed in making money than customer satisfaction. If you fail to have a gift receipt they will NOT let you even have in store credit on an un opened it...

Poor Managment 10/8/2010

This store is much more interesed in making money than customer satisfaction. If you fail to have a gift receipt they will NOT let you even have in store credit on an un opened item that is more than 14 day after purchase. They also have difficulty stating facts correctly to upper management and have a difinite lack of customer care skills very defensive personalities. I personally have never dealt with such insubordination and would not recommend this particular store to anyone!! more

Barnes & Noble 7/31/2006

Barnes & Noble out by the mall is a wonderful place to spend an evening! Their selection is wonderful and they have oversized, comfy chairs to sit and read in. You could sit there all day and read and no one would care! Their selection of music is good as well. more

Great atmosphere, horrid prices 4/17/2006

I'm sorry but this store is great to browse but I never buy anything. I will not pay shelf prices for books I can get online for half the price. It's terrible really. The movies are twice what you'd pay at walmart or online. What's the deal? My kids love playing with the train set while I read the magazines, other than that it's a waste of my hard earned dollars. more

Great Atmosphere 8/7/2005

Barnes and Noble has a great atmosphere inside, for it being a darker store inside. They have the largest variety of books and categories. Everything you think of, from cooking to traveling to poetry, to religion, to kids books, and the list goes on. They have great items for you and for gifts They are priced reasonably too which is definately a plus. The Star Bucks located inside the store is another plus. You can drink coffee and relax in their comfortable seating while reading either an old purchase or a new one. more

great deal of stuff you can do besides read 8/4/2005

Barnes and Noble is a great place o shop for books. They have a huge selection, including, children's, adults novels, cookbooks, travel, educational, and more. You can go into the store and shop and feel relaxed. You can even sit and enjoy a cup of coffee from Star Bucks while you read. more
