I have grown up in Tri-Cities my whole life. Loved Zips forever! But the service in the Richland Zips on Lee is by far the WORST service I have recieved in ANY restaurant in Richland EVER. The gal NEVER smiles, never says thank you, and I felt like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Very rude and unwelcoming.She rambled off her answers to my questions faster than I could even understand. If she hates her job that much she needs to find something else. My trip there this afternoon will be my last, and I will go to the Zips on Columbia Center from now on even though I work in Richland. I was very offended.
