My fiance and I have been going to Lancaster Medical for about 5 years now. We see Allison Kirk and think she is the best. She is always there to listen and she will give you options for treatment instead of always prescribing a pill. The office is always kind and courteous and I have never had to wait longer that a minute to be taken. I have recommended this office to multiple friends and family members who also love this office.
The only problem I have ever had was being billed $50 for a missed appointment. After almost two months of arguing and phone calls the charge was reversed because the mistake was mutual between the staff and myself in scheduling the missed appointment.
