Good: I liked the fact that my son and his family were in a larger and better looking apartment compared to the one that they were in before.. Bad: I do not like the fact that keys to my son's apartment were given to 2 "undercover" officers and without asking for any ID or credentials she handed them over scaring the hell out of my daughter-in-law and their 1yr old grandson!! They claimed to be looking for anybody that might be associated with a person that used to live there. They threatened her and they flipped the house. If you are looking for a "BODY" why did they go through cupboards and drawers????!!! A feel a lawsuit pending!!!!!. Improvements: Better Management, better security and better rules set in place for the new management, by the time I get a hold of them. Other: We will be taking this to court believe you me!! This is a violation of their privacy and codes of ethic on the part of the Manager who decided not to ask any questions, but rather give up keys to a total stranger to sneak in an apartment with a woman and child there alone. I am outraged the more I think about it..
