Good: Nothing.. Bad: Customer service = bad. Car Service = bad. Response to concerns = nothing. Nada. Good luck. THEN you get the pleasure of never being able to get off their mailing list.. Improvements: That it closes down. I'd be very happy to see that.. Other: Three years later - and I STILL can't get off their mailing list - after repeatedly asking - they ripped us off, AND I have to be reminded of that over and over again. Go ANY PLACE ELSE..
