I have no relatives or affiliation with this bank, and I have to say that contrary to other comments I have had nothing but good experiences with these folks. No charges that I didn't expect or deserve, excellent response to rare concerns, and good people to deal with. And, good, variable selection of financial products. Keep up the good work. (I didn't give it 5 stars because no one is perfect....)
