Good: Location in proximity to where we live. Bad: Hames Pro service technicians are baseline qualified and very rude. Understands very basics of acoustics, video knowledge very poor. Luckily these guys have the music store or I have a feeling they would not be in business for as long as they have been. The professional installation division, Hames Pro, has ridiculous markups and poorly qualified installers.. Improvements: All around, simply get back to honest practices. Do not attempt to be experts in any area where your installers and technicians have only minimum knowledge, but sure can talk a good game!. Other: Churches, large venues....RUN RUN RUN. You can find better service, prices and quality by simply taking the time to look around..
