I just finished my engine and was buying lots of parts from them. I bought an alternator from them and it would not fit my engine and they gave me a hard time returning it like I had no clue of what I was doing. I was lucky in that I had my part with to show them what the problem was and even then it was a hard time returning it. The other problem was I bought a Holley fuel pump that turned out to be defective and Holley was going to give me a new pump. All I wanted from them was a copy of my receipt so that Holley could give me a new one. That’s all they had to do! I gave them the part number and the manager was like yes I see we have sold one this year in august but without me giving them proof that I purchased it they would not even look up the receipt! Thanks a lot winner's circle!! I will never go back there again. I will get all my stuff from Jegs from now on where I can return stuff and feel like I am not in the wrong for getting a defective product. I tried to support my local business but they are not worth the hassle...I would like to say thank to Ricky at Holley because they are going to do there product right and exchange it for me.
