My husband was a frequent consumer at this Joliet shop, until recently. He has been restoring a car and would shop at this place quite often. He bought a specific part recently, and found that it could not be used on his car. He took the part back with the receipt and box, and he exchanged it for another part.Once again, that part would not work either, so back to the store with the receipt and the packaging. At this point, he was told that he could only have a store credit. They would not give him the cash he had paid for the part. This to us, seems like an unfair business practice. You give cash, you should get cash back, especially being a well-known customer. We will not be shopping there anymore.
