Good butcher, although stock availability is not consistent. Terrible produce; it's always withered, old, and expensive. Grocery selection is heavy on processed convenience foods. For a while, they stocked an awesome Parmigiano-Reggiano imported from Italy, but the last couple of times I was there, they no longer had it. They are proud of their extensive (and expensive) wine selection, but the room has floor to ceiling windows that get sunlight and heat for hours every day. If you know wine, you know that's not good at all. It's a shame, because the selection is better than you can find anywhere else.
