The Hoy Toy may be the worst restaurant I have ever stepped foot into. The decorm is that of the late 70s this includes ripped carpeting, spiral staircase with a hard plastic railing and and I think I saw a disco ball(LOL). If you like adventure, eat here. I had not eaten all day in anticipation of the Hoy Toy.
