Came from a location that before you left the office any procedures were scheduled, next appointments other notations or prescriptions that was ordered would be taken care of at the time of paying.I am very disappointed with the staff at this office & their organization skills. If I was serving a new patient(customer) Go out of your way to explain how the system works with the waiting game. Returns calls- don't sit by the phone It takes over a week to schedule a procedure only one person that can schedule? You leave 3 numbers they only call one for you to call back and then you wait another week. Our time is valuable too. Doctors are good but staff should be more efficient if they truly care. I am only writing this so the association can try to improve their staff having a business of my own I would want the best representation of my business.Mistakes happen but you don't want someones health to be in jeopardy ruins reputations. Has this become the norm or did we stop expecting in PA.
