Mc Call Banogon Hawn & Associates

Came from a location that before you left the office any procedures were scheduled, next appointments other notations or prescriptions that was ordered would be taken care of at the time of paying.I am very disappointed with the staff at this office & their organization skills. If I was serving a new patient(customer) Go out of your way to explain how the system works with the waiting game. Returns calls- don't sit by the phone It takes over a week to schedule a procedure only one person that can schedule? You leave 3 numbers they only call one for you to call back and then you wait another week. Our time is valuable too. Doctors are good but staff should be more efficient if they truly care. I am only writing this so the association can try to improve their staff having a business of my own I would want the best representation of my business.Mistakes happen but you don't want someones health to be in jeopardy ruins reputations. Has this become the norm or did we stop expecting in PA. more

I love them. I never met any of the doctors there. I moved to the area and 2 days later my water broke 3 months early. I went to the hospital and started meeting each doctor one by one! They were so kind and outstanding. When I went into labor they did everything to insure I had a safe delivery through a rough patch! I just can not say enough nice things. They are GREAT and welcomed me to PA. more

I had been going to McCall Bannogan for a couple of years when my husband and I started trying to have a family. I suffered two losses. Each and every time I went in to see a doctor, I was welcome with warmth and compassion. I have seen all the doctors in this practice and I'm very pleased with their bedside manner and upfront, yet compassionate ways. I have a beautiful 14 month old boy to show for their hard work and dedication to finding out my problem and how to fix it. more

I would highly recommend Dr. Banogon as she is the only Dr. that I have seen in this practice. She has always been upfront about procedures and the results. Very compassionate Dr. I have never had an uncomfortable visit and we all know how we shudder to go to the gyn. Always on time and quick to call with the results of tests. Several locations in the Harrisburg area. Highly recommend. more
