Our dental office currently uses Answertek, but due to poor service, we are in search of a better service. On several occasions, Answertek failed to forward emergency calls to doctors after hours--we only learned of the emergencies after speaking to these patients once we were back in the office. Answertek has also repeatedly not forwarded messages to us about appointment cancellations. Both problems reflect poorly on our office and are the reason we would never recommend Answertek. There has to be something better out there.
