This service is reliable and responsive. They help screen our call and ensure that we get messages after hours. They can send reporting of every call that came in and what happened to it at each time. It's amazing! They are accountable for everything and always helpful and honest. This helps our clients get the help they need after hours. more

Poor Service 3/16/2009

Our dental office currently uses Answertek, but due to poor service, we are in search of a better service. On several occasions, Answertek failed to forward emergency calls to doctors after hours--we only learned of the emergencies after speaking to these patients once we were back in the office. Answertek has also repeatedly not forwarded messages to us about appointment cancellations. Both problems reflect poorly on our office and are the reason we would never recommend Answertek. There has to be something better out there. more

This is a great service - they create a virtual office for you, so that your business appears as professional as possible. They give your clients a feeling of satisfaction rather than getting just an answering machine. They also really care about their clients and are happy to help. If your business is in need of someone to answer your after hours call, this company will do it for you and for a cheap price too! The operators are friendly and courteous and will assist your customers after hours just like you would during office hours! This company deserves an A+. more
