Aside from the good prices and the fact that they sent me 1/2 their commission back from the hotel they booked me at once my trip was over, they helped with any issue I had. Whenever I had questions and changes, they were courteous, helpful, and never gave me any issues or charged me extra from small things. Unlike most other agents, Elite seems to actually care that things go smoothly instead of just making the sale.
